These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "you") and 8777sx ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 8777sx website located at https://8777sx.pro and all associated services, games, betting markets, promotional programmes, and features offered therein.

These Terms should be read alongside the 8777sx Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 8777sx. Where any conflict exists between these documents, these Terms shall take precedence unless otherwise stated.

To register and use the 8777sx platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and for the entire duration of your membership:

• You must be a natural person and at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. The 8777sx platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at registration and keep that information up to date throughout your membership.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by 8777sx or any affiliated programme at the time of registration.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party — accounts must be registered and used solely by the individual whose personal details were provided during registration.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or agent of 8777sx, or an immediate family member of any such person.

8777sx reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, and address at any time. Accepted documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or driving licence issued by a Pakistani authority. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending compliance review.

Each eligible individual may register and maintain only one (1) active account on the 8777sx platform. The operation of duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or a different identity — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, 8777sx reserves the right to close all associated accounts and permanently retain any balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. All activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorised by you. 8777sx strongly recommends enabling all available security features, including two-factor authentication where offered, and using a unique, strong password for your 8777sx account.

• You must notify 8777sx support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• 8777sx will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain password security.
• Accounts that are inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant account fees may apply as notified separately.
• Account closure requests may be submitted at any time through the support channels. Funds remaining in verified accounts at the time of closure will be returned to the registered payment method after any outstanding wagering requirements have been assessed.

8777sx processes all deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported payment methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account and may be subject to change.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. 8777sx does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances. Where a deposit is traced to a payment account not belonging to the registered member, 8777sx reserves the right to reverse the transaction, suspend the account, and request documentation before allowing further activity.

Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. 8777sx may request documentation to confirm your identity and the source of deposited funds at any point, in particular before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. This is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) requirement and is applied consistently across all members regardless of account standing.

• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise approved by 8777sx compliance.
• 8777sx reserves the right to delay a withdrawal pending completion of any active bonus wagering requirements attached to the balance.
• Suspected fraudulent transactions will be reported to the relevant financial authorities in accordance with applicable AML obligations.

Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit amounts, game contribution rates, and expiry periods. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and must be read carefully before claiming.

General bonus conditions applicable to all 8777sx promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, IP address, device, and payment method.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• 8777sx reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where commercially necessary.

In the event of a conflict between general platform terms and individual game rules, the individual game rules shall prevail in respect of gameplay, payouts, and dispute resolution for that game.

8777sx uses certified random number generators (RNGs) supplied by its game studio partners. These RNGs are independently tested to ensure that outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or influenced by any party, including 8777sx itself. Live dealer games are conducted through verified studio streams with trained dealers operating under strict protocols.

• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled once the relevant game round or event has commenced.
• In the event of a technical error during a game round, the affected round may be voided and stakes returned at 8777sx's discretion.
• Cricket and sports betting markets are settled according to official results as published by the relevant governing body (e.g., PCB, ICC). In-play bets are settled based on the state of the match at the time of placement where relevant.
• Maximum payout limits per single bet or per session apply and are displayed in the relevant betting interface.
• 8777sx reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at clearly erroneous odds.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 8777sx platform. Any member found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, all balances and bonuses forfeited, and may be reported to relevant legal authorities:

• Providing false or misleading information at registration or during any subsequent verification process.
• Registering or operating more than one account on the 8777sx platform.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of software, bots, scripts, or any automated tool.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any multiplayer format.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through a known or suspected software error must be reported to 8777sx support immediately.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Making deposits using stolen or unauthorised payment instruments.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 8777sx staff or other members via any communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion or account closure by registering a new account under a different name or identity.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 8777sx platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. You must not:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any 8777sx content without prior written consent.
• Use the 8777sx name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without express written authorisation.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the 8777sx platform by automated means.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the 8777sx software or game engines.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8777sx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

8777sx's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 8777sx account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.

8777sx does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure platform availability and security, temporary interruptions due to maintenance, technical issues, or factors outside our reasonable control may occur.

8777sx reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any member's account at any time where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the member has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other members.

Where an account is closed due to a breach by the member, 8777sx may retain any balance held in the account as compensation for losses or costs incurred as a result of the breach. Where an account is closed at 8777sx's discretion in the absence of member fault, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the registered payment method within a reasonable period.

Members may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the 8777sx support team. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe following completion of any outstanding compliance checks.

8777sx reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 8777sx will provide reasonable notice by posting an updated version of the Terms on the platform with a revised "Last Updated" date. In certain circumstances, 8777sx may also notify registered members via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the 8777sx platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you should cease using the platform and request account closure. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations applicable to 8777sx's operating jurisdiction. 8777sx operates under international gaming regulations as stated in its operational documentation.

Any dispute between you and 8777sx that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process should be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body as notified by 8777sx from time to time. 8777sx is committed to resolving member complaints fairly, transparently, and within a reasonable timeframe.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law. Where any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
